I called in advance and was told I didn’t need to bring my paperwork for a smog check and when I got there the employee told me I did need it. After I told him they told me I didn’t on the phone he reluctantly looked it up himself. If he could do that I don’t know why he was being difficult when I first got there. Also, they ask you to sign a non disparage clause in their paperwork which is un-enforceable in California. What a shady business practice
The positives: price The negatives: - says no appointments cuz supposedly they’re so fast that you don’t need one, but when I went I was told 1 hour wait! - very few parking spots for the number of customers, tight and scarce parking on a busy intersection! - they had one person handling all customers but on their website they brag that they don’t do that!
