Got a smog. Cheapest place in town. It only took about 10-15 minutes and he was the only one I could find that would do it with a breathalyzer in it
My daughter and her boyfriend went to this smog shop today and waited 30 minutes. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Then, after waiting all that time, they took another customer who had arrived after her. She ended up leaving having to leave and take the car somewhere else. There was absolutely no reason to make a customer wait and then skip over them. Very poor customer service. She will not be going back, and I would not recommend this place.
Very disappointing experience. We drove about 18 minutes out of our way to come here and waited around 30 minutes, only to be met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. What really frustrated us was that another customer arrived after we did, yet they were taken ahead of us without any explanation. Was always good, but went Friday (09/04/26) & my usual guy wasn't there. Showed my coupon & says it's going to be $10. more for SUV. Nothing on coupon or website said this. Then when I pay it's $20. more. What was the point of coupon, when I pretty much ended up paying the regular price.
