Friendly fast and pleasant experience. I stopped in close to closing time and they took me in. There were 4 ppl ahead of me. Very nice. TY Horizon.
The absolute worst passive aggressive front desk employee I’ve ever encountered, which is disheartening given that I’ve smogged multiple vehicles here in the past. I hate to downrate any local business, and if you look at my reviews, you’ll see that is not something I do. I’ve used this shop previously and happily so. Unfortunately, the smug arrogance I encountered today while trying to bring my mother in law’s vehicle in for a smog means I will not be coming back. Fast and friendly. They know their stuff
I called ahead as I was in a hurry and they said they didn't have a very long wait. I came into the office, gave my paperwork and parked my car where they told me to and waited in my car. After I waited 30 minutes I couldn't understand what was happening. I look at their front door and it says gone to lunch!!! They still had my paperwork inside their shop! I go in to get my paperwork and the guy tells me I can't be in there when the technician's at lunch. I got my paperwork and moved on to a better customer service business.... read more
