Fantastic, wonderful, caring. Wonderful front office staff nothing too much of a bother for them, they go out of their way to accommodate and always with a happy smile. Very encouraging for sick patients. The medical Doctors, just out of this world. There are not enough adjectives to describe these wonderful people. Five star always.
It's early days for me as a new patient at the Horizon Medical centre. They were recommended by friends after some unsatisfactory experiences with my previous medical practice. My first visit with Dr Ahmed was most reassuring and thorough, and I look forward to a long term professional medical interaction at Horizon.
I met Dr Elahe today and she was excellent. She is incredibly kind, patient-centred, and takes the time to really listen. I felt genuinely cared for and well looked after. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and thorough GP.
Lovely reception… and such a lovely caring Dr Mounia Torche is … takes the time to listen to you , and shows genuine interest and compassion….
The reception staff are helpful and courteous. The doctors listen to your concerns with appropriate treatment and advice. Appointments are on time or very close to your allocated appointment. Drs and all staff show genuine concern care and respect to their clients.
