Horizon Services has been my go-to HVAC service company for the last 7 years. I've got multiple rental units in the Opelika area. I've used their preventative maintenance program for the last two years, and I can tell it's making a difference in catching small problems before they turn into big ones. Charlie, Scotty, and the whole crew have been good to me, keeping me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They're 5-star in my book!
Having a couple of businesses, Horizon has always been fast, efficient and dependable! Typically calls are handled within the day of call but sometimes (depending on the time frame) it will be the next day. Employees are prompt and respectful and always ensure that I know what is going on. Came within an hour. Assessed and fixed the problem in 45 minutes, had the needed part on the truck. Could not ask for better service! Technician and his apprentice were respectful and efficient. It started to sprinkle they continued to work to get the job done.
