From a service perspective I could not recommend this company. They came to my house to provide warranty service yesterday. They unhooked the gas cook top so granite work could be performed and said they would be back later in the afternoon. The granite work was complete by 12:30pm. At 4:00pm I called the installers and they said I was on their list to return. They never did. This morning they called to schedule. I told them no need too as I did not want them back in my house.
This company apparently employs people who drive like they’re in a full contact sport. Weaving in and out of folks, brake checking people. This crew needs to be fired for sure. Ridiculous!
Horizon Plumbing Services did a great job with my sink services. The team was professional, efficient, and completed the work neatly. The sink is now working perfectly with no leaks or drainage issues. Clean work, fair pricing, and friendly service. Highly recommend them for any sink installation or repair.
