Jacob Hooper and his team at Horizon Roofing did an absolutely phenomenal job. Jacob really put in a lot of extra time and effort into making sure that we got exactly what we needed. The new roof is beautiful.
Wow, let me begin by saying thank-you one more time to Jacob. This guy literally was like a roof lawyer (if there is a thing) throughout the process. Jacob is the main reason I was able to get a brand new roof with a 50 yr warranty after going back and forth with the insurance adjusters and public adjusters. Jacob worked behind the scenes, took videos and photos and was very knowledgeable of industry standards and how to communicate with the insurance company. Job well done. Excellent workmanship .The entire crew was polite and efficient. The replacement of my roof was completed in the appropriate time and was well done. It was a pleasure to meet Aidan who arranged it all, and therefore a special thanks to him and his crew for their proficiency in expediting and doing such a great job. I love my beautiful new roof.
We had an excellent experience with Horizon Roofing. Aidan and Jacob took care from start to finish,starting with insurance claim,adjustors, great communication and explaining whole process. Tim and crew did a excellent job from 6am in the morning unit 8:30pm.Just to mention they did roof on the house,shed and gazibo.Few days after someone else came to replace the gutters.
