Jim & his crew were informative & respectful of my spaces. Jim was a good communicator, he & his team were Personable & cleaned up after themselves. They were professional & took care of the mold. Since they did everything correctly, the spaces passed inspection the first time. Would definitely recommend Horizon to anyone!

As they say in the awards programs, "and the award goes to Horizon Restoration Parma". Jim (who oversaw our whole flooded basement project) and his fantastic staff, Rhonson and Jacob. Dave Durett of "Stateline Restoration Payette" and outstanding staff Jerry and Elijah. "Rockwood Flooring Fruitland" Jarrod and his spectacular staff, Louis and Richard. Months later and we still marvel at the perfection of our basement! Thank you Jim, Dennis and Nancy.
