Yikes, where do you start a review like this? I am a talker and I like to think I know my stuff. But occasionally in this world you will (hopefully) meet someone who has the breadth and depth of knowledge that makes you _want to listen_ so that you can take it in and hopefully have some rub off on you. I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the owners of Horizon, and I was so impressed! Alma was so knowledgeable, she was able to help me gather resources to use for a carpet issue my clients were having and helped diagnose the issue over the phone. Incredible customer service. I will absolutely be referring other clients to them!
We had flooding under our house and Jim helped us out. He was so kind and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them!

Extremely poor quality work, They left wet trim on the wall & the flooded area was still reading 100% wet when our Insurance company come in to look at the damages. We had to have another company finish drying out the flooded area & finish tearing out wet sheetrock/trim costing us extra time & money. Then Horizon threatened to place a lien on our home prior to the insurance company settling our claim. Jim will tell you he can save you money, but it will cost you extra in the long run. So be careful.
