I applied for an apartment with Horizon. There are 2 different fees you need to pay to be able to apply, $50 non-refundable application fee and $300 refundable processing fee. Before I make the payment, I called one of the managers ( Kristian) and asked if the 300 money will be refunded if I did not get approved or If I change my mind she said: “ Oh, of course, you will”!
