Dr.Heath Langsten went out of his way to make my care more difficult, he is the last bit of proof I need doctors are not here to help me and now I plan on taking my life. Thank you Dr.Langsten.
I see Dr Langston... He's been helping me find the right medication for my anxiety. He cares enough to sit down with me and ask questions. Doesn't push medications. Has been understanding of my personal situation. He's a straight shooter... Which I value alot in my doctors. Ive had some issues with being late and the fall out from that... Wasnt happy and put a review on here that wasn't fair to him or Horizon. So wanted to put a more accurate review on here... Had 2 Psychiatrist in less than a year. First one was refusing to fill my regular medication unless I took a medication that I had previously had bad reaction to. She was fired. Got a new one who just committed patient abandonment, was seeing via telehealth. Checked in one day and was within the 7 minutess late policy, or 8 minutes. They told me their own policy was 2 different things... Waited for him. Dr Langston comes in and says he can't see me because I was late. Called the office. You are better off never seeing a doctor again than having to go here, especially to see Heath Langston who actively went out of his way to make my care more difficult.
This place is just more proof that doctors are not here to help us, iv completely given up with my health care.
