Absolutely horrible. I’m so glad I left. Since people go there for mental health, let me just say. They don’t care anything about your mental health. They care you make them money. That’s literally it. They move you in and out in like a production mill and pretend to care until they have to actually show empathy or anything close while refusing to make things right. WAS GOING TO BE A FIRST TIME PATIENT..MY SON CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT..TOOK ABOUT ONE MONTH TO GO... STARTED HEADING TO THE APPOINTMENT AND THE G.P.S TOOK HIM TO THE WRONG BUILDING.. HE CALLED TO SAY HE WOULD POSSIBLY BE A LITTLE LATE.. THEY SAID THATS OK... SHOWED UP LITERALLY THREE MINUTES LATE.. WENT UP TO THE FRONT DESK AND THEY SAID WE'RE SORRY...WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AND YOU OWE US $125.00 DOLLAR CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE FEE... Had my first appointment here in hopes to get back on medication after a few months, unfortunately on Google maps the link to the address I received brought me to nystrom and associates for some reason. I ended up being 9 minutes late to my appointment and the lady at the counter happily turned me away and charged me 120 dollars because THEY sent me the wrong link. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Super friendly staff and doctors willing to listen and truly help. Best phyc. I've visited in Minnesota. 10/10 would recommend!
They are going to lose all of their clientele, because of their office staff! In the last year plus they have become absolutely militant! Very sad you can treat a patient with so little compassion!
