I hate that there isn't a rating ABOVE 5 that I can give to Wade and Kathleen at Horizon Pools! First of all, Kathleen was the only person to get 3D drawings and estimates back SAME DAY. Once you call, you're instantly speaking to the VERY person responsible for all of the preliminary work. Timely, friendly, accomodating, and super efficient. This was my first experience in putting a pool in my backyard. I really didn’t know where to begin, but I did search many pool companies and decided that Horizon was for me. They took me through each step of the construction, answered all of my questions, were professional and courteous, and of course the price was right. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is a first time pool owner or if this is not your first pool… Go with Horizon you won’t be disappointed. I am so pleased with the end result.
They made our dreams come true! We can now enjoy our backyard thanks to Horizon Pools. Wade and Kathleen are very easy to work with, keep me informed during the whole process and did a great job and in a time better than expected.
