Horrible experience. I walked in and told Kate I was picking up a package. She told me I needed to bring a printed label. I tried to tell her instructions to pickup did not say I had to print anything and she wouldn't let me talk. Pharmacist Thomas Li then came to speak loudly telling me I had to go to a UPS store to print label if I couldn't print.
