Last Thursday I had to take rusty-james to the emergency hospital where he was diagnosed with lung cancer. I asked for his medical records to be sent over 2 his doctor at this facility. I then called this facility I was told they hadn't received the records yet on Friday so I called back to the emergency hospital and have them transfer the records over that day which they did I then called again Saturday asking if my doctor had received the records and if I would get a phone call back I was told that they have received the r... read more
I called after hours today it is December 12th 2021. And voice message I received prior to leaving in message was created before Labor Day over 3 months earlier and talked about their hours over labor Day weekend. That's a tell you something about customer service when they don't update their message system and over three months and did not take time or common courtesy to update concerning Thanksgiving weekend hours or anything in over 3 months. RecommendedThey really care about the pets they treat. We had to have our precious Tucker euthanized today. They treated us with respect and empathy. I would recommend any of the doctors, but especially Dr. Van Holland and Dr. Rogen.

We are always impressed by the personal attention the doctors and vet techs give to our dogs when we bring them in. Exceptional level of care and professionalism the second you walk through the front door. The staff have always treated our dogs with utmost care and gentleness which also helps ease our anxiety. Dr Rogen and staff are the greatest. I have been taking my furry kids to them for years. It feels like family when we go. I have recommended Horizon Pet care to many friends.
