They called an hour after my mother passed at home to pick up equipment, she was still in her bed. Don't bother with them, there are other companies worth your business.
Agree with wee1243 on their review, "Drivers are reckless and dangerous and if you're looking for your equipment to be undamaged...Shop somewhere else because there are many other options" Driver almost side swiped me and I then proceeded to witness them jump in the last minute before another car a minute later. Driver was not ignorant, he just simply looked in his mirror and smiled at me knowing full well what he did was just utterly reckless.

My wife is on home oxygen and we planned a trip to Palm Springs. Horizon had all the oxygen generating equipment and tanks of oxygen waiting for us when we got to our destination! The Horizon delivery person, Jerry Munoz, was absolutely awesome. Horizon should be proud that such a concientious young man is working for them. He should be managing!
