I broke the clutch lever on my 87 Harley at a gas station about 30 miles away. I called Horizon looking for help. They found a replacement lever, and put one of their mechanics in a car with the replacement and tools. He came to the gas station where I was stranded and fixed my bike. Allowing me to continue my trip. They deserve 5 stats for customer service.
Went in looking for a boat trailer. Was told my current trailer wasn’t worth trading in for a new downsized one. (Sales man hadn’t even seen my trailer). He acted as if I was burdening him to ask some questions. And also acted like I knew nothing about the subject. He claimed the trailers on hand were 2026 models, the tag on the hitch clearly stated 2025. Blissfully ignorant.
Bought a Cfmoto 800 from them and had a great experience. Everyone i delt with was friendly and they made me a really good deal.
Can anyone tell me if they close early often? Walked in and was confronted by two young people and with no rhyme or reason telling to come back tomorrow, I was rushed out they get in a car drove off no locking of the doors or anything, we come from out of town yes cutting close but all I was looking for was to set up an appointment.
Walked in to the store employees didn’t even bother to look at us let alone greet us. Really rude service once me and my husband walked in they just stared at us up and down and stayed quiet.
