This is one of the most umempathirc doctor's office I have visited. Drove 45 minutes after my 9 hour shift. I arrived 35 minutes before my appointment. 15 minutes after my appointment. I still was not being seen. I recommend fired all the front medical rep. I get it, work can be hard at times. Working at a doctors office. Have some compassion. I walked right out the door. Never going back and definitely don't recommend it
My appointment was the last one of the day. When I went to pay I was given a single referral instead of the two that me and the doctor talked about. When I asked the front desk about it they rushed me and said they would call me back with an answer. I never got that call, suprise right? My health trumps when you get home. If you don't believe in that then you shouldn't be working at a doctor's office. The front desk area need a complete employee overhaul with focus on hiring compassionate individuals that value the health of... read more
