I’m very happy with Horizon Medical! Last week I fell in the shower while trying to get out even though I have safety bars and a shower chair (thank goodness I was not hurt). He suggested the transfer chair shown in the picture and it has worked great!! In the past I’ve also bought a lift chair and a Nitro Duet from them. All at reasonable prices. Iam not surprise why they have many bad reviews. They are really rude. Dont care about people. Its a bussines with incompetent workers. Please stay away and even you can read all their reviews the most are bad
