Says open at 10am. Drive across town just for them to be closed at 11am and no one answering the phone. Thanks for wasting my time because you can’t be accurate with their hours.
Recently had a great experience with this company. Driver was kind and patient with family and staff at facility in Flower Mound Truly went above and beyond!!
Terrible place. Will never go here again to buy anything. If you want to buy any medical equipment. Go to others. The service was terrible and unprofessional. If you sell medical products, first you have to be a good person.
The man that answered the phone basically accused me of being some sort of scammer. I told him I had mistaken the number for a different equipment supplier and he tried telling me I didn’t have the wrong number , said it was fishy, and hung up on me. Come on now, be professional sir.
Awful communication over phone. To the point of being disrespectful on the q call with the rep.
