I had to call multiple times to get access to my physicals report. I had to do some lab externally and on day of appointment came to know about requiring a doctors order. I called the office to fax to the center and they said they sent but never received (asked to send over email and that too didn’t happen. Waited almost 1.5 hours at the center). I am done with this office.
Dr D and Karen are both AMAZING! Kind, caring, and compassionate! Karen is a hard worker and always has a great attitude!
Wait time is way too long. If you call them with questions or any reason be ready to be on hold for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Reception people will answer according to their mood, if they’re in good mood they’ll answer you nicely if not then……!!!! Overall okay experience..
I had my Lesar hair removal and it has coming up with good results so far and I must say Karen is very professional and has done very nice job
I've been getting laser hair removal on my face with Karen, and I couldn't be happier with the experience so far. She is incredibly detailed and takes her time to make sure everything is done thoroughly and with care. I always feel comfortable in her hands, and I really appreciate how friendly and easy to talk to she is — our chats always make the appointments fly by! I highly recommend Karen if you're looking for someone skilled, professional, and genuinely kind.
