After the departure of Dr Dabawala and the change of staff, the service at this clinic has become horrible. There is no sense of responsibility. I had blood work done and they gave a site to see the results but I kept getting the run around from the tech support of the site and the Horizon medical center front desk to get results. The front desk staff is rude and does not follow up on requests or prescriptions. Avoid going at this clinic now....and save your self headaches.....
I called Horison Medical Center to schedule a yearly check-up and blood work for my husband, and the experience was nothing short of exasperating. I was on hold for what felt like an eternity, only to be met with a receptionist whose behavior was highly unprofessional and dismissive. My husband has been a long-time patient of Dr. Dewalala, an excellent doctor who, before retiring, recommended Dr. Alla. Horizon medical center has done nothing but disappoint. The staff will put you on hold for over ten minutes and then end the call without speaking to you. Requests for prescription refill are never done promptly and take 3-4 days worth of calls to get it done. When asked about seeing bloodwork results, they say it’s on the portal (spoiler alert: it’s not!) and they have been milking the same excuse about switching electronic health records system for maybe 9 months now.
