Very unorganized facility with old outdated test equipment and long wait of 3 to 4 hours. It’s like a zoo. I highly recommend not to go here and pick better facilities.
If I could put 0 stars I would. This woman Karen literally destroyed my face. Almost three months after the ClearLift, RF and IPl, on my very birthday I am writing this review. I you are thinking about any kinds of service of this woman: DON'T DO IT! She is completely unknowledgeable about what she is doing. After her work my face fat is gone, as well my life. I had to call multiple times to get access to my physicals report. I had to do some lab externally and on day of appointment came to know about requiring a doctors order. I called the office to fax to the center and they said they sent but never received (asked to send over email and that too didn’t happen. Waited almost 1.5 hours at the center). I am done with this office.
Dr D and Karen are both AMAZING! Kind, caring, and compassionate! Karen is a hard worker and always has a great attitude!
Wait time is way too long. If you call them with questions or any reason be ready to be on hold for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Reception people will answer according to their mood, if they’re in good mood they’ll answer you nicely if not then……!!!! Overall okay experience..
