I’ve struggled with severe acne scars (boxcar and rolling scars) for over 10 years, and after just two Opus Plasma laser treatments over the past two months, I’ve already seen an incredible 30-40% improvement. Today's visit was an absolute low point. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were utterly dismissive. It's clear they prioritize anything but patient care. My scheduled 9:30 appointment turned into a two-hour waiting game, with zero communication. When I finally inquired about the delay, I was met with eye-rolls and curt responses.
