Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful! Saw Dr. Patel and he was very friendly and professional and took his time to answer all my concerns.
I was extremely pleased with the accommodation of same day appointment for my lingering cough. Dr. Sanjay Patel was able to fit me into his schedule right before labor day weekend even though it was a last minute request. I was thankful for quick service and treatment which is what I intend as a busy professional. Highly recommend Dr. Sanjay Patel for folks with busy schedules for appointment flexibility and last minute appointments.
Whether it be my annual examinations or not feeling well Dr. Sanjay Patel always takes really good care of me and my family. He takes time to understand what his patients are going through. My appointments are never rushed . The front desk also gives me a warm welcome everytime I visit . Highly Recommend.
Dr.Ashish Patel one of best doc but front desk and manager are very unprofessional and rude. After dr. Dabawala sold his office to Dr. Sanjay patel, Sanjay took out and let go every good staff from front office and hire very unprofessional staff. I m only reason going because of Dr.Ashish Patel. I m very disappointed with office manager and her staff. I might not going anymore.
Dr Ashish Patel deserves 5 stars!! Tomassa at the front desk is amazing & took care of my prescription refills by the end of the SAME DAY as she.promised...ask for her & make sure you treat her with kindness. The front desk is so fast that they forget that the patients who are calling are the reason that they receive a paycheck -- maybe when they remember, they can consider having more patience, compassion, kindness, consideration & an attitude change....or risk losing patients & their paycheck.
