Terrible staff. My mom needed an ekg and they would not give her an appointment, told her walk ins only. We went in on a Saturday they turned her away and told her to return on Monday. She went in on Monday they made her sit for 45 min and then told her it can’t be done that day- they don’t have staff and asked her to return on Wednesday. She went back on Wednesday and they told her they could not do her ekg that day and she should return on the following Monday. I sign authorization 45 days before to release my documents still they didn’t fax it , they r on lunch break, Mina who sent she is off . They think they r in India. I need my documents , I m going to complain to professional license regulation.
After the departure of Dr Dabawala and the change of staff, the service at this clinic has become horrible. There is no sense of responsibility. I had blood work done and they gave a site to see the results but I kept getting the run around from the tech support of the site and the Horizon medical center front desk to get results. The front desk staff is rude and does not follow up on requests or prescriptions. Avoid going at this clinic now....and save your self headaches.....
