Right before the operation was to take place, I overlooked their chart that showed my prescription, I noticed it was wrong. When I asked about it, they repeatedly told me it was right. Foolishly I trusted them and went through with the surgery. They overcorrected my left eye by 0.5 which apparently is in their margin of error… Covid came and they never checked up for the yearly appointment. Now I am getting it done and the left eye still is inadequate. Not impressed

I have been waiting for a consult for 9 months after referral . The clinic keeps reassuring my optometrist that an appointment will be given soon but it never materializes. This clinic has a very inefficient system. I would have given a zero star if I had the option.

My optometrist submitted a referral. Went through the assessment. All good. After over a month of waiting to hear back from the Dr, I called them. They said I wasn't a candidate. Lame excuse as to why I wasn't a candidate and I could get my optometrist to submit another referral and go through the same process I just went through Again but didn't follow up with me about. I'll take it as a sign, poor service, unorganized office, don't let them mess anything else up. Total waste of time with this group.
