I've been using Horizon for the past three years. They do a wonderful job at a reasonable price.
I talked to Mr president Lynn Lichtenwalner to order the mulch. He wasn’t very nice on the phone but I thought I support the local business and being patient with him. I agreed to pay whatever price he told me. The delivery supposed to be Thursday morning as agreement between him and I. On Wednesday night He called and left a message on my phone that he was not going to deliver the mulch because his supplier didn’t have it.
