Called on 3 separate occasions to request my labs be faxed to my doctor. Never sent them. I had to physically go in and pick them up.
Used to go smoothly before this lady started running this desk. Unorganized, rude, and she creates complication. It been a few months we've noticed this and have had trouble since. Last year and all years prior absolutely swimmingly without problems. Please ha ha lady had to go.
Alright folks get it together please. I know sandwich shops that are more professional and communicative. Phlebotomist is rude, administrative staff is uninformed. This is serious stuff people!!!

they really need to do something about the out patient labs set up. it's not necessarily the staff , but the informal sign up wait and still waiting.... and know one there to formally or promptly greet you. the only time staff comes out to talk to anyone is once 2 or more people are waiting and waiting. not to mention the list of other people who signed in but clearly left before the staff came to get them because there is not a staff signature.....
