What a convenient and friendly location! Shaundra (hope I spelled that correctly) was awesome and so good with my kiddos. We'll definitely be back. Only thing I hope gets fixed at Banner soon is the ability to see the labs for kids 11-17 within the parent portal or allow the kids to have their own portal account. I know they're working on it.
Can't remember her name but the redheaded woman who took blood this morning was an angel. My mother has a severe needle phobia and she was nothing but patient, kind, and understanding. She was also VERY gentle and her stick was phenomenal. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name but I won't be taking my mother to any other lab if I can help it.
Another terrible experience at Horizon Laboratory. And let's be clear. This is really BANNER HEALTH - but they have "shopped out" the service and clearly they want to be at a distance from the service that they know they are hiring sub-par staff (they consistently show - at the front desk window - a lack of any sort of positive attitude or helpful support, instead just shrugging their shoulders and staring blankly at you when there's a problem... and unfortunately there are REGULAR PROBLEMS WITH THE OVERLY BUREAUCRATIC BANNE... read more
They need to get their phones figured out. I've called about 10 times over the last few days trying to get some info on getting my bloodwork done. Every time I call it rings 3 times and disconnects. My doctor recommended this lab but I guess I'll have to go somewhere else.
Never ran my insurance. Sent the bill to the wrong address. Never called or emailed. Now, six years after the fact I get a ding on my credit rating. Collections agency says I owe $750 and this is the first I’ve heard of it.
