Who ever the idiot is that decided Horizon Labs is on Portage Ave should be fired. The lab is a good 1/4 mile north of Portage Ave, on a completely different street. And you don’t even have the guts to put your wrong address on your building. My navigation system brought me to the Costco parking lot area. Either put your correct address on your forms, put a sign on Portage Ave, or explain on your forms and letter head that you are not on Portage Ave. What stupidity.
We bring many water tests here for lab analysis. They are friendly and have decent communication when issues happen. Normally results come in a very speedy fashion. It's a good lab to use with good prices!
