I've been going for therapeutic massage with Luke for years in managing aches and pain. He's fantastic! He's added to the team as well. I was fortunate to have a FST session with Cassie. She did an amazing job. I will be incorporating FST with Cassie into my health regiment!! The entire team are friendly, welcoming and professional. You will not be disappointed. 😁
Dave puts on a group fitness class that I have been part of. We have just finished a 10 week, 20 session package. It was challenging but so beneficial. I now feel my strength and balance is so much better. To start my soreness level would last at least a day after our workout.
