Great customer service
Dr. Ortega is very professional and provides great care. I hurt my knee and it was swollen and went to him for acupuncture. The next day it was not as swollen and was able to walk normal again. He explained the process that whole time throughout the process to make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend his services to others.
I want everyone to know that Dr. Ortega cured my shoulder acute pain that I had for years, all was explained to me before the treatment, during and after, extremely considerate in all ways, at all times explaining to me what to expect and adjust the treatment to my pain specifically where I need it. Horizon Intergrative medicine is not only professional but far exceeded my expectations with knowledge. I’m new to acupuncture and was extremely nervous and Dr Ortega and his staff made me feel comfortable. I’m so excited to begin this journey. We spoke about menopause support as well as fibromyalgia pain and how acupuncture can help. My first session was outstanding. Definitely recommend them.
Dr Ortega treated my brother in law for about 3 months for his addiction problem. It was a combination of acupuncture and exams.This Dr is AMAZING and absolutely knowledgeable with this type of issue.
