I really hoped I wouldn’t have to write this review, but my experience leaves me no choice. I originally booked a 3-night stay, but due to significant airport delays, I checked in late. The moment I entered the room, I realized it wasn’t somewhere I could stay comfortably. I didn’t even think to take photos, I immediately used my laptop and hotspot to book another hotel. Front desk very nice especially the lady and helpful rooms okay everything work I don’t get bothered
First off, I waited for somebody to come check me in for 5 minutes! This lady here, came down and the first out her mouth was yea. No apology for having people waiting for 5 minutes, no hello can I help you, just attitude! I asked to see a room before paying she said ok then tried to immediately charge me! I went and saw that dump of a room and just got in my car and left! These people have nerve! I will not spend my dollar with rude people!
