The staff is downright despicable the rooms got bugs holes in the ceilings, dirty sheets nothing’s clean the radiators are disgusting. Look at the photos.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations. The bedding did not feel fresh, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I also noticed some noise from the hallway late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. My only gripe is I couldn't give them 10 stars. Mrs.Patel ALWAYS had a smile on her face. You could even hear the smile in her voice on the telephone. The rooms are acceptable for the rate paid, there were no bugs and it was quiet. The staff were ALL kind and this location is very convenient. I can't wait to return as they are remodeling and the new rooms look great!
