Brent was hired by our home warranty company to provide a second opinion on problems we were having with our furnace. The first technician from (company not mentioned) through combustion analysis diagnosed our furnace with a cracked heat exchanger and condemed the unit. He turned off the gas and power to the unit and said it needed replaced. Brent called me the next day and asked me what was going on. He showed up when he said he would and was very thorough when looking at the furnace. Would definitely use this company again. He is way better then rentmeister who charged me 50$ to drive a street over and who also told me 1 price for a part then almost doubled it when I showed up to get it.
