Horrible place to live. The people on the condo board are a rabid pack of hyenas. Disgusting, free of any morals. If you enjoy members of the condo board harassing you, breaking into your unit, and verbally assaulting you, then this is the place for you. If not, look elsewhere.
Great building! I've brought many a real estate client there.

A nice place really, no idea about the rats. It’s very clean, but the superintendent isn’t the most welcoming guy. He could use some work, other than that no problems.
