Everything at first was okay…then I realized no one was communicating between eachother and they had done nothing for the mortgage company. We bought a mobile home here and closed on it October 30th 2025. The home buying process went fine and the people in the office were very nice. The home was delivered very quickly after the closing date and that is when nonstop problems began. First my trailer did not arrive the day it was supposed to, I called them to make sure there wasnt any issues while it was on its way here, they had no idea where it was and had to call to track it down. Update 03-13-26: I am providing this documented fact to ensure the public is not misled by the business's response. I received Horizons full surety bond June of 2025. It won’t cover the wrongs and damages caused to my home & property by Horizon Homes incompetence & deception. I purchased my home Oct 2023, signed only contract Nov 2023, promised delivery by Christmas 2023.
