⭐☆☆☆☆ Our experience with Horizon Homes has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We purchased land and hired Horizon Homes to place a manufactured home for my parents so they could move closer to us. We’ve been working through this process since October, and it’s been one issue after another. The subcontractors Horizon hired produced consistently poor workmanship, and despite contacting Horizon well over 20 times, no one from the company ever came to our property to inspect the work themselves. Went there today to look at some specials. Grass grown up around the trailers. Trash every where. Oil jugs and tires next to one of the homes. Very unprofessional.
Everything at first was okay…then I realized no one was communicating between eachother and they had done nothing for the mortgage company. I ignored that and thought maybe it’d get better, it didn’t. Went to Norton their branch in Virginia to look at one of the homes. The owners were there they had no clue where anything was. The owners wife then stated their homes were cheap and used that of course it’d have damage and that I shouldn’t buy their homes and should just build.
