Forrest and he crew are Fantastic! After my X put our house into foreclosure 20 months ago, he found a way to get me an FHA loan. I had to show alot of paper work and he found exceptions to the rule. I had a good credit score and good credit history since I have been divorced. All I can say is do what they tell you, pay your bills on time and stay away from credit cards! If not for Forrest and his team we wouldn't have been able to purchase when we did. He went WAY above and beyond to help us every step of the way and is such a neat person.
