So happy I chose Horizon Home Care to receive my home care services from! The people working there are so helpful. They always have so much patience, are so kind! I would refer anyone to them! I read previous reviews about people not being happy with their aides. Horizon is a CDPAP agency. Everyone hires their own caregivers, but with Horizon if you are not happy with your caregiver they understand and will work really hard on helping you find a better match. Couldn't have been happier!

I hope there's enough room for what I need to post: Karen: always on the phone. When I told her she was fired, she got extremely nasty and cursed at me. Alisha: called out a lot. Except for her last day: she just never showed up. **Jaelyn: The phone was more important than work. Always walking out to use her phone.
