My home is 11 years old and requires roof and complete HVAC replacement. They have used the cheapest labor and materials on the market. The duct work was installed incorrectly and has replaced. The three tab shingles are only 11 years old and are rotten and falling off. The estimate for the two repairs are in the 30-35 k range. Do your research before you buy!
Update 2024 Sink area falling apart! SMH PICS ATTACHED 11/29/22 SHAME ON HORIZON AND MEAGAN MOWRY FOR CHARGING A $2500-5000 POND PREMIUM and I just found out from a construction worker that the area in phase 2 is not designed to be a pond because the water is gone and it has been a big mud pit for months!!!!!!
