Home purchased in 2009 and our problems began in 2012! The warranty is crap and they refuse to fix anything, forcing you to hire attorneys, tie you up in litigation, all the while your home crumbles. We are still well in our warranty and I am still waiting. I have a medically fragile child and 3 other children in the home that can't sleep in there bedrooms. We have loved Vanessa since the first day we met her in the KB sales office last fall, and we have been in contact many, many days since then, in person, on the phone, and email. She is so accessible, friendly, and caring. So happy to know her and excited to finally be moving in late July.
RecommendedVanessa was really nice and was often multitasking due to short staff.
We have owned a home in the Horizon Heights community for over 12 years and have been continually harassed for years. The most recent incident is that they towed our vehicle from a resident parking spot after we were told that it wouldn't be problem as long as the vehicle was not permanently parked in the same spot, which it is not. It's moved almost every day and there are PLENTY of spots available for both guests and residents.
