We have owned a home in the Horizon Heights community for over 12 years and have been continually harassed for years. The most recent incident is that they towed our vehicle from a resident parking spot after we were told that it wouldn't be problem as long as the vehicle was not permanently parked in the same spot, which it is not. It's moved almost every day and there are PLENTY of spots available for both guests and residents.
