We ended up very, very happy customers and will call definitely call the company whenever we need A/C service in the future.. We will also be referring our friends to them when they ask..
the company recommended a fix for a very fair price and we set an appointment and hthe tech came out when promised. Both rooms are now much cooler and he explained everything he was doing. I would call them again, but hopefully I won't have to.
