I rent and my heat stopped working in -30c. Basil was able to come over within a few hours of being called and quickly handle everything in an expert manner. He cleaned up after himself and was very thorough and friendly. His work ethics, attention to detail and friendly demeanour deserve all the praise and 5* reviews. I recently had Basil (owner of Horizon Heating and Cooling) come to provide an estimate for my condo air conditioning which had a slow leaking valve. Basil patiently and thoroughly explained the entire situation, along with the pros and cons of waiting. I decided to go ahead with Basil. He was very professional and thorough in replacing the valve and actuator. I would highly recommend Basil for any HVAC needs. He is very personable and professional

Basil from Horizon Heating and Cooling was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. It was my first time needing a new thermostat, actuator, and some rewiring, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He worked efficiently and made sure I understood the whole process.
