Basil was amazing, thorough, clean, and a pleasure to deal with!! When my condo management reached out to him, he showed up the same day. My condo had replacement parts and he did the work and then went to another customer that called him and it was a Friday evening. I believe it was a holiday long weekend as well. I wish I could give them six stars.

I rent and my heat stopped working in -30c. Basil was able to come over within a few hours of being called and quickly handle everything in an expert manner. He cleaned up after himself and was very thorough and friendly. His work ethics, attention to detail and friendly demeanour deserve all the praise and 5* reviews.
