Rick came out for our AC maintenance visit today, and he was extremely thorough. He inspected every component, from the fan motor to the evaporator coils. Rick cleaned the unit, tightened connections, and checked refrigerant pressure. He was patient while explaining how to keep the system in top shape. I really appreciate the care he took with the job.

Anthony was great from start to finish. He inspected our air conditioner after it started making noise and found debris clogging the fan. He cleaned the blades, lubricated the motor, and tested the system to ensure smooth operation. Anthony explained what caused the problem and suggested a few easy maintenance steps. Excellent technician and great service overall.

Victor did our seasonal AC tune-up, and I’m really impressed. He checked the refrigerant levels, cleaned the condenser coils, and flushed the drain line. Victor also tightened a few loose connections and showed me how to replace the filter myself. The air conditioning now runs quietly and cools the house faster. Very courteous and professional service.

Our AC stopped cooling last weekend, so we called Horizon. James arrived promptly, tested the system, and discovered a refrigerant leak. He repaired the line, recharged the system, and made sure there were no other leaks. James explained everything clearly and double-checked the thermostat before leaving. Really professional and efficient experience.

We had Mauricio come out for our AC maintenance, and he was fantastic. After inspecting the unit, he tightened all electrical connections, cleaned the coils, and changed our old air filter. Mauricio also gave us a few useful tips on how often to rinse the condenser. The air flow feels stronger now, and everything’s running smoothly. Great, honest service!
