Booked appointment in Selkirk MB first appointment after Super Bowl weekend technician didn’t show up appointment cancelled next appointment same week Thursday I called 8 am to confirm appointment was confirmed then received call 1 hour before appointment technicians child sick appointment cancelled. Very unprofessional. Went to another hearing centre in Selkirk. I do not recommend. Very disappointed

My husband and I have been going there for years. They are the most caring ,helpful and professionals to help with your hearing loss. They always fit you in as best as they can. Highly recommend them both even partners. Keep up the good work Kevin and Scott. 😊
