I see a lot of negative reviews about this place and yes there are times where I do see where we are asked to wait if a lot of people come in at one time. However, the staff handles people as they come, and unfortunately they have to work with the doctors schedule. So if the doctor is late it is beyond their control, but somehow they are blamed. This place is so bad. The reception person, Elaine I think, hates her job probably. She has the WORST service skills. If you have a choice, stay away from American Telehealthcare, or whatever they're calling themselves this week. Every day I go there I just expect something to be absurdly incorrectly handled. Last week I arrived for my appointment only to find my clinician had canceled our appointment and I was not called or informed of this at all. Today was my first visit. Everyone was polite and friendly. I had been seeing a different doctor for 7 years and for 7 years I went unheard. Finally got over my fear of change and came here. My voice was heard. I'm so grateful for this place.
