Managed to give me a same day appointment within a few hours of me contacting them and was provided with medication on the same day.
This was a telephone appointment with a clinician to discuss results from annual blood pressure, blood sample and urine sample test results. Our conversation took place at the previously advised time and was as detailed as I would have wished. The clinician seemed friendly but very professional and she explained the test results in a manner that I understood. I was given the opportunity to ask questions or to seek clarification where necessary. Altogether, I felt our discussion was very satisfactory.
Excellent telephone annual medication review. I was able to hear the pharmacist clearly and all questions answered.
