All time favorite dentist! The staff are friendly, encouraging and thoughtful! the cleanings go so well! highly recommend Horizon Dental for your next dental visit!
We are so thankful to have found Dr. Jess! She is the best and very good with kids. I highly reccomend her to anyone who has had traumatic dental experiences or just anyone who needs a good, honest dentist. Edit to add: the main receptionist is SO RUDE. I don't know if it is because we are Medicaid or what, but she is truly so unpleasant to speak with. We love Dr. Jess but the receptionist is forcing us to consider going elsewhere. :(
Waste of time
Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Told my husband they could help him with a tooth removal.when we showed up to his appointment to have it removed, they told him they won't do it. So I drove 6 hours, pregnant with 4 other children, so they could cash a check off of me.
