Unfortunately I can only confirm what other people have stated: they seem to be unwilling to help out-of-towners. My partner took off work and drove the hour and a half to the office, where they informed her their Internet was not working and they would not be able to see her. They asked her to wait but were not able to provide an estimated timeline. My partner sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes with no further acknowledgement before going to the desk to inquire again. Took 3 hours off work, drove an hour and 15 minutes out there for an appointment that I made last week and I was 10 minutes early..when I watched three different people coming after me, one not even having an appointment by her own admission and all three went in before me while I sat in the office for 40 minutes., I finally got up and walked out at 11:40 a.m. . I went here yesterday as my molar was causing me serious pain. Dr. Rice and her dental hygienist, Maya rock. They do blood pressures which was very odd but cool. They give you sunglasses so the bright light isn’t hurting your eyes. They talk really kindly to you and give lots of breaks. My tooth needed to be extracted and my lower jaw doesn’t always completely numb up hence the breaks. Today I feel fantastic having that infected tooth removed.
