A friend of mine has tried counseling at Horizon for years, to no avail; several persons assigned to him have ghosted him, keep cancelling or shortening appointments, or seem to provide bad advice. He's been very depressed and anxious, very suicidal, and has a hard time figuring out what to buy in the grocery store. we have amazing team work here at our Globe location, caring and loyal staff always going above and beyond.
The people here are very rude and not at all patient. I needed medical records and it seemed like they were rushing to get me off the phone.
My first therapist ghosted me back in November, I was set up with another therapist a week before Thanksgiving and was told he would contact me after the holidays. I've left him a few messages since early January and still have not met with my new therapist.
