I just spent 7 days in the hospital, the Nurses and Aids that took care of me while I was there. Are the most wonderful and absolutely amazing group of folks that have ever taken care of me before. Also the cafeteria staff are also absolutely top notch folks. We are so very luckily to have such an amazing hospital in our community.
My wife was brought to the hospital by ambulance. She called me crying and needed me, so I left work immediately and went straight there. She gave me her room number, so I went to the front desk and asked to go back to be with her. The nurse on duty was on the phone. I waited for 15 minutes while my wife was still calling and texting me, crying for me to come back. When I asked again, I was told I couldn’t go back to see her. Literally had the best care here and will continue to come here for anything! I have nothing bad to say about this place at all! Especially I couldn’t believe how clean the place was!!!!
Great hospital. I've used the emergency room twice in the last 3 years and they take care of me right away. Much better than Union Hospital. I highly recommend Horizon Health in Paris Illinois.
