Horizon Health is the best medical care I have received since I was a child! I feel so grateful to have found them! My primary care, Dr. Micah Thompson and her NP, Sarah Conn are the very best! They listen, don't rush in and rush. I feel like they listen to understand. I have been to so many services in the hospital and had several tests. I have been treated with kindness and respect at each one!
I have never been to a hospital that treated you as a person and not a problem. I walked in and instantly was greeted with a smile. Then I was escorted to another person who escorted me to my final destination. Only waited about 5 minutes when I was visited by a NP, anaesthesiologist, and then a person to do my EKG. This was the quickest visit to an amazing ER I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. And not that I have a lot lol. Professional staff, they all had a job to do and are all darn good at it. We were from out of town but they were all so accommodating. Thank you so much
I used Horizon Health for the first time in December with following appointments and procedures. This is the kindest, friendliest and most helpful medical staff I have ever come across! EVERY member I encountered went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. It’s very rare to find humanity as a priority in the medical field anymore and at Horizon that is not the case. I am so glad I made this transition!
