Over the years I have had several very positive experiences with Horizons. From Quality repair work to useful suggestions on a garden project, I really appreciate their expertise. Today, I did something dumb and I accidentally ran gas in a two stroke engine. Yup, I cooked that engine real good. Needless to say, Horizons had all right stuff and I'm ready to go again. I had a Rigid Planer that I had repaired at Horizon Forest and Garden. The service I got from Diane and the Service dept. was truly exceptional. Many businesses talk about customer service, but few live up to their claims. These guys were awesome. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and showed that they actually cared about me as a customer.
