The staff at this place is incompetent and unresponsive to patients. They think their job is to make things as hard on the patient and easiest on themselves. I am getting a PCP that can answer their phone too. Over a year and they have NEVER answered the phone. Rude and unhelpful. Stay away new patients.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Williams and Meredith at Horizon Family Medicine. It's very apparent that they truly care about the health of my little one. Dr. Williams never rushes us and even gives her books and reads to her at our appointments. We've never seen a Dr. who cares so much! He and Meredith have been such blessings to our family.
