Rude staff. Melissa at the front desk especially does not know how to talk to patients. Do not go here if you want a headache. Wish I could give this place 0 stars
Just wanted to give Ms.Medina praise for always coming to my rescue more than once she very understanding reliable always complete the tasks. This time I have an upcoming surgery they did not fax over my release for surgery she went ahead and completed that I could always count on her thank you for having such a caring person Ms,Medina is professional nice and always a pleasure to talk to she understands your issues and gets right in there and does the job she the best office person that I have encountered Thank you
I've been with Horizon Family Medical for quite a few years now and I couldn't be happier! I've used their specialists for primary care, pulmonology, dermatology, gastroenterology and allergy. My care has always been excellent and I have always felt I am in good hands!
From the reviews I can see people share a similar experience. I had a visit with an ophthalmologist for a stye. I received a call from horizon saying I needed prior authorization for the visit which seemed like bullshit at the time but I don’t like lingering bills so I paid it off in the hopes of never using them or any service associated and move on.
