50 minute wait for a 18 month old baby ! I understand doctors can get behind, but why am I not informed of this upon check in ? I asked to see another doctor at the 35 min mark but that wasn't an option apparently. Dr was okay, but not apologetic. 50 minute wait for a 4 min appointment. Not worth it.
Dr Raman took me in immediately without waiting on Sunday while I was dealing with a medical episode with utmost care and even today while getting my check up has been absolutely amazing, couldn't recommend him enough
Dr was good. But the Reception staff’s attitude so bad……
