1/10 Very disappointing experience. The hygienist smelled strongly like marijuana, which made me uncomfortable during my appointment. Also, some of the instruments/equipment being used appeared rusty or poorly maintained, which raised serious concerns for me about cleanliness and sanitation. I expected a professional, clean, and safe environment from a dental office. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office!
On Wednesday, July 8, I had one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at this office. I came in for a routine cleaning, and from the start, the hygienist (whose name I don't remember) was very unwelcoming. She barely spoke to me or explained what she was doing, which made the appointment feel uncomfortable. Afterward, Dr. Hasan reviewed my X-rays and explained that I had a small fracture in one of my teeth and would need a crown, which I understood. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jackie, the Billing Coordinator at Horizon Dental. From the moment you meet her, you'll understand why so many patients make it a point to stop by just to say hello. She has one of the warmest personalities and the best sense of humor imaginable, and she has a remarkable way of making people feel seen, valued, and at ease.
