Went one time at a new patient when I was 6 months pregnant for a regular cleaning. Tech did multiple X-rays on me, said I had to get the X-rays done even when I asked “even though I’m pregnant?”. Dr. came in a scolded the tech in front of me for doing X-rays while I was pregnant. Made the rest of the visit very uncomfortable and I sat there and cried. I usually don't take the time to do reviews BUT.... This time I feel that it is absolutely the time to express my interaction with one of there employees. Her name is LILY. She works at the front desk. She was very very unprofessional and down right RUDE. She informed me that I was late to my dentist appointment which was at 9:00am and I was there 15 mins earlier so therefore I was there at 8:45am.
