It was a good experience for me.
I was disappointed with how a serious concern was handled. Although I was told it would be looked into, I have not received meaningful follow-up. I expected better communication and accountability, and unfortunately, this experience has affected my trust in the office.
top notch facility they have the newest technology which is a big plus, a lot of lethbridge facilities do not have this type of equipment its pretty impressive coming from a small town of taber!
I was very pleased with the level service, care and concern that the happy and professional staff offered at Horizon Family Dental. They are now my go to place for all my dental needs.
