My husband and I went in for a dental cleaning, and we were very happy with our experience. Everyone was very professional, and welcoming. We especially loved our hygienist he did a great job. The dentist was also wonderful, and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We also really appreciate that they follow the Alberta Dental Fee Guide, which makes their pricing very reasonable and transparent. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about Horizon. From the friendly welcome as soon as I walk in, to the extra time spent making sure I am not nervous and allowing my kids to be kids and learn all about what they are doing, this place made going to the dentist a very stressful situation for me to a place my kids ask to visit more often then we need to go. I highly recommend them.
Great communication, and the staff was so friendly and helpful in anyway they could be! Thr dentist I seen was precise and knew exactly what needed to be done and the overall experience was comfortable!
I have been attending Horizon since I was a young child. I have always had a good experience with staff and work needing done. My children have attended for years now and I have also been very impressed with how patient and caring they are with kids. Thank you Horizon Family Dental
